David Silverman believes his vintage arcade machines should be admired — and played David Silverman has collected about 800 pinball machines, which he has turned into the National Pinball Museum, currently located in outbuildings in back of his Silver Spring home. He hopes to one day expand his exhibit of the machines. Silverman believes the vintage devices should be admired — and played.
