Balloon boy’s dad Richard Heene said on Saturday morning that he had a big announcement to make. Once reporters were in place, Heene instructed them to put their questions into a box for him to answer later. One reporter was heard asking Heene if the balloon incident was a hoax and Heene replied, no.
