Md. State Police Issue Silver Alert (FOX 5 Washington D.C.)

Maryland State Police have issued the state’s first Silver Alert for a missing vulnerable adult. Troopers say 84-year-old Arthur Mulkey of Howard County was last seen Sunday west of Frederick on eastbound I-70 at the Route 40 exit.
