NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) – After five terms serving in Congress, Henry Brown will retire from office. “After 28 years in elected office I’ve decided not to run for reelection to office in 2010, in the first congressional district of South Carolina,” said republican Congressman Henry Brown.
