Not a Perfect day for Bananafish! Holden Caulfield weeps! The Glass Family, Zooey, Franny, Booboo, and the rest as well as you and I have lost a literary giant. JD Salinger was the voice of angst and alienation in the gray flanel 1950s. His stories illuminated a dark times. Catcher in the Rye will live on and on!
