Suspect in White House Shooting Arrested in Pa.

Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Pennsylvania authorities at a hotel in connection with a Friday night shooting near the White House. Ortega is expected to make his first court appearance Thursday in Pittsburgh. (Nov. 16)
